This policy describes how Thinkwork LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) uses, protects and discloses personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Information”) collected using both offline means (e.g. via phone, mail, in-person meeting and other correspondence) and online means, such as when you use our sites including https://app.gosnapsign.com, https://www.gosnapsign.com, https://www.thinkwork.com websites, and all related subdomains thereof .
This policy informs you of our collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information where we act as a “controller” (or the same or substantially similar terms or concepts used in applicable data protection law).
IMPORTANT: Please note that this policy does not cover our processing of Personal Information as part of the provision of our cloud-based electronic signature service provided under our Terms of Service. We act as a “processor” (or the same or substantially similar terms or concepts used in applicable data protection law) on behalf of the organization that initiates the use of the service for that Personal Information in accordance with the section “PRIVACY LAWS” in our Terms of Service.

What Data We Collect

Contact Details and User Accounts
In order to use our services, you may be required to create an account and in so doing provide your name, email address and/or phone number (and other contact information). We may email you at your email address or text you at your phone number in order to confirm your registration and in order to provide the service. You may also be required to provide an address for billing purposes.

If you fill in and send us a request via a Contact Us form, we will collect any information you provide such as your email address and your name.

Due to the nature of the service, not all service-related emails can be unsubscribed from.
California Residents’ Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request that we disclose to you what information we collect, use, disclose, and sell. You also have the right to request that we delete any Personal Information about you that we have collected about you. We have not disclosed and/or sold personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding 12 months. We do not sell the personal information of minors under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization. We have no actual knowledge that it sells personal information of minors under age 16.

Storage and Deletion
