Additionally, we also collect information about participant’s interactions with a transaction or signature request for audit purposes.

Due to the nature of the Service, not all Service-related emails can be unsubscribed from.
You are not legally obligated to provide us your Personal Information and you do so by your own choice and at your own discretion. If you choose not to provide Personal Information that is required for the use of the Service, then you will not be able to use the Service.

In cases of onward transfer of Personal Information from European Union or Swiss individuals, pursuant to the the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield or the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield, Thinkwork, LLC may be liable.

Storage and Deletion
Thinkwork, LLC retains data for as long as we provide the Service and thereafter in accordance with our Data Retention Policy. Thinkwork, LLC is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission.
In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, Thinkwork, LLC commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. European Union or Swiss individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our Privacy Shield policy should first contact Thinkwork, LLC at email@example.com. We will respond in a reasonable amount of time.
Thinkwork, LLC has further committed to refer unresolved Privacy Shield complaints to JAMS, an alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint from us, or if we have not resolved your complaint, please contact or visit https://www.jamsadr.com/eu-us-privacy-shield for more information or to file a complaint. The services of JAMS are provided at no cost to you.
Under certain conditions, you may also be able to invoke binding arbitration when other dispute resolution procedures have been exhausted.
Only persons age 18 or older have permission to access our Service. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your Children have provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
